Lady Gaga parece ser a favorita a premiação do MTV VMA 2025, a cantora recebeu 12 indicações as premiações que foram anunciadas nesta terça-feira (5).
As 12 indicações de Lady Gaga vem seguidas por 11 do Bruno Mars, 10 para o Kendrick Lamar, oito para Sabrina Carpenter e Rose, sete para Ariana Grande e The Weeknd. Billie Eilish teve seis indicações, Charlie XCX teve cinco, seguido de quatro indicações para Bad Bunny, Doechii, Jelly Roll, Ed Sheeran, Tate McRae e Miley Cyrus.
De acordo com a Variety, a CBS espera que muitos desses artistas se apresentem durante a trasnmissão da premiação, já que o Video Music Awarsd vai estrear na rede em horário nobre pela primeira vez neste ano, depois de anos do programa sendo exibido simultaneamente em todos os canais a cabo da Viacom.

O VMA será transmitido em todos os fusos horários no dia 7 de setembro, a partir das 20h, na CBS, MTV e asinantes da Paramount+ nos Estados Unidos.
